Key Responsibilities:
Managing the firms case load with reference to the Indian support team, junior members of staff and the case management system.
Dealing with clients queries in person over the phone and via email.
Assisting in arranging marketing events and attend the same
Carrying out case administration.
Assisting Ruth with managing and training the team
Interests outside of work:
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young daughter and family. I am a keen football player and golfer. I also enjoy going to the gym, listening to audio books and watching a good Netflix series but not necessarily all at the same time.
