Maxwell Davies was launched in 2003 by Ruth Duncan and incorporates RNF Business Advisory, RNF Debt Advisory and Atherton Bailey Maidstone.
Maxwell Davies offers business bespoke solutions in all areas of business recovery including administration, liquidation, voluntary arrangement, moratorium and receivership. They also have a service dedicated to assisting creditors with their claims against insolvent businesses and individuals.
The company also works directly with individuals, including sole traders to advise on and implement voluntary arrangements.
